INTRODUCTION

Department of Business Administration (KAIZEN Association), which was setup in 2004, has grown up into an institution with regional reputation imparting a high quality management education. As the management of KAIZEN association believes in professionalism which is not merely efficiency, but the pursuit of excellence, the Department has been attempting its best to excel in all sphere of teaching and learning process in order to achieve the goals associated with the excellence of management education across the globe in general and at India in Particular. In line with our commitment to the academic quality and responsible management education. We have organized a two days National conference on "Innovative Challenges in strategic management” in March 19th & 20th. And we have organized three State level Management Meet Programs ‘sigmatory’ in January 2009, ’steps-11’ January 2011 and "Vidhyarthi Milan" in February 2012. We have secured one university Rank Holders in the year of April-2009 and two Rank Holders 4th rank and 17th rank holder in the year of April-2011.

Srinivasan College of Arts and Science was founded by Shri A. Srinivasan President of the Dhanalakshimi Srinivasan Group of institution, Perambalur.

Since its Inception in 2004, the Department of Business Administration has been providing efficient and quality education in management. BBA Graduates are all very well placed in reputed Institutions. Well-experienced and dedicated faculty members in different fields of management are the strength of the department and produced Rank holders. BBA Three-year program, which is recognized by Govt. of Tamil Nadu, affiliated to the Bharathidasan University.

This department takes all steps to provide the students a realistic of theory and practice by interaction through eminent Business Executives sharing their experience and regular industrial visits.. Guest Lecture programme of Eminent Scholars from various Business Organizations and Financial Institutions also.

PRESS REPORT

The Department of Business Administration Organized a One Day State Level Seminar on "INNOVATIONS: A NEW PARADIGM IN MANAGEMENT" on 30th March 2016. Program was presided by our Founder and Chairman Shri. A. SRINIVASAN, Vice Chairman Mr. S. KATHIRAVAN and our Secretary Mr. P. NEELARAJ. The program was Inaugurated by Dr. B. Balamurugan, Assistant Professor and Research Advisor, PG and Research Department of Economics, HH Rajah’s Govt. College, Pudukkottai. Welcome address was given by Dr. K. Murali Selvam, Director, Management Studies. Our Principal Dr. N. Vetrivelan Felicitated the gathering and released the souvenir. The Seminar had two sessions. Dr. M. Vincent Sahayaraj introducing the Chief Guests, In the first session Dr. B. Balamurugan Gave a special address to our students about " The new paradigm in Indian Economy", Many business like airlines, banks, hotels, insurance companies, entertainment Companies, advertising agencies, legal consultants, medical practices, motion picture companies, plumbing repairing companies and real estate firm are in the service business. Mr. A. Fakruddin ali ahamed introducing the chief gust, The second session was led by Dr. D. Kalaiselvan, Principal, Sri Vinayaka College of Arts and Science, Ulundurpet. In his special address he point out impression management, communication skill, personality development etc. In these Sessions pares were presented by the students from various colleges. Afternoon validection. Dr. D. Kalaiselvan, Principal, Sri Vinayaka College of Arts and Science , Ulundurpet. Deliver the valedictory address. Felicitated by our Vice Principal Mr. G. Ravi.
