Department of Hotel Management & Catering Science of Srinivasan College of Arts & Science, Perambalur, organized a seminar on ATTRIBUTES OF FOOD & BEVERAGE PERSONAL, on 13th August 2010, Friday at 10.45 A.M. in the College Auditorium.

The Seminar was presided by Shri.A.Srinivasan, Founder & Chairman of the Institutions, Perambalur. The Resource Person was Mr.V.Nethajiraaj, Training Manager, Hotel The Residency, Coimbatore. He presented an elaborate view on the Attributes of Food & Beverage Personnel. He advised the budding young graduates to have punctuality, neatness, honesty, clarity in thought and action. He pointed out the important of communication skills through which india can attain the state of super power by 2020. He insisted that the customers are likem children who need intensive and great care. He has also trusted the need to have ethical values, physical fitness, sincerity, loyalty, flexibility and language proficiency. He interacted with the students in a friendly way.

Prof. A.Mutharasu, Principal and Ms. Sasidhara, Vice-Principal of the College were felicitated.

Earlier M.Karunanithi of III year student, welcomed the gathering, Prof. N.Ramesh of Hotel Management introduced the Chief Guest. Prof. S.Yoganand, Head of the Department and Prof. V.Sritharkannan and Prof.Sasikala who made the arrangements.
