of Hotel Management & Catering Science of Srinivasan
College of Arts & Science organized a one day workshop on “International
Cuisine” on 29th December 2012, Saturday in the Basic Training
Kitchen. Shri.A.Srinivasan, Founder & Chairman of the institution
presided over the function. Dr.G.Vadivalagan, Principal of the college
felicitated the gathering. Prof.S.Yoganand, Head of the Department,
welcomed the gathering. Chef.M.A.Sahul Hammed, Chef.Manager, Afoozo
food Court Pvt .Ltd, was the resource person for this occasion.
He said that day by day people are searching and inventing new science
and technologies, like wise for their food habit also they are finding
different new recipes from various Countries. Today the most of
the people and youngsters are moving too fast food habit like Pizza,
Burger, etc... Due to this type of food habits they are searching
for lot of International Cuisine.
This is the occasion to which is arranged by your
management to remember some International Cuisine recipes. Then
he demonstrate the following recipes like Cold Canapé, Cancun
stuffed mushroom , Ceaser salad, French onion soup, Crap soup, Spanish
omelette, Grilled fish in lemon butter sauce, Stir beef in oyster
sauce, Macaroni in cheese sauce, Stuffed bell pepper, Baked Pears.
Final Year Hotel Management students were among those function.
Prof.N.Ramesh, Prof.P.Rameshkumar of hotel Management were made
the arrangements for this occasion.
