Department of Hotel Management & Catering Science of Srinivasan
College of Arts & Science, Perambalur, organized one day Workshop
on the topic “Bar Tending and Juggling”.
Mr.R.Aravind & Mr.R.Vignesh, Bar Tender,
blue Frog Bar,Mumbai, was the Resource Persons Demonstrated various
points of Bar tending and Juggling, Also they explained preparation
of cocktail and mock tail, in which they had prepared numbers
of cocktail like 007,flying mule, coconut wiseman, Godfather ,Mock
tails, Viz, Caribben delight, coco colada and coriander drinks.
They elaborated the service modes of beverages, serving the drinks
to the customers in an attractive way and the of mixing alcohol
like rum, gin and non alcohol drinks like fruit juices. 100 U.G
students of the department participated and benefited from this
workshop. The Practical demonstrations on juggling were awesome
and mind blowing. The students were given hand on training also.
The seminar was presided over by Shri. A.SRINIVASAN,
Founder & Chairman, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Group of Institutions.
The Principal Dr.G.Vadivalagan Ph.D., felicitated. S.Karthick
of III B.Sc., Hotel Management Welcomed the gathering
and Vinoth Raj of II B.Sc., Hotel Management
proposed the vote of thanks. Heads of the Department of Hotel
Management Mr. S.Yoganand and Asst.Profs.Mr.N.Ramesh,
Mr.Ilayaraja and, Lab Assistant Mr.Durai Raj had made the arrangements.
